Each workout is 8 minutes max. No rest. Perform each exercise for ~45 seconds straight, back-to-back. Modify as needed but don't stop moving! Deep core activation is included in every day to work on strengthening and healing the deep core, which means a flatter stomach and smaller waist! Not just building the 6 pack abs!
