This is a 21-day challenge with four workout days each week. The workouts are simple and effective. They are designed to tighten your waist and build strength.
All you need to do is press play and get snatched. The workouts are laid out inside the app so you can move through the challenge.
A meal plan is available as an optional add-on for extra support. It is not required to complete the challenge.
