Welcome to your first workout in the 30 Minute or Less Challenge! Before we get started, be sure to join the Facebook Community Group for updates, mindsets, and support: https://www.facebook.com/groups/451724679422276/?ref=share&mibextid=S66gvF You will need a pair of dumbbells for this circuit. You might need a few different weights for lower and upper body exercises. Remember to start small. If you get through one round great! If you can make more in 30 min, awesome! You’ll have a chance to repeat this workout 2 more times and focus on improving & building upon it! There is a variety of exercises on purpose for this first workout! We are targeting a little bit of everything in each major muscle group! The core is also going to target muscles of the deep core and outer!
