Phase 1 builds the foundation everything else runs on. Three sessions per week across the first three pillars of the IP framework — mobility, plyometrics, and strength at their starting progressions. You'll develop active range at the joints that matter most, learn to absorb and control force before you produce it, and expose the asymmetries that dance creates. By the end of six weeks, you'll have established your baseline.
