Ingredients: -2/3 cup of black coffee (hot) I used bullet proof -1/2 cup of your fav milk! I chose oat milk for it to be extra creamy -1 scoop of bullet proof collagen (original or vanilla) -drizzle of honey -splash of cinnamon Instructions: -froth your milk, collagen, honey & cinnamon in a heating frothier (I got mine off Amazon) -Mix in together in a mug with your black coffee -sprinkle with cinnamon -ENJOY!
