Welcome to your runners flow! A flow to enhance your recovery and keep your muscles happy. This flow can be done regularly to aid recovery or straight after a run! We’ll target tight hips, hamstrings, calves, and lower back to improve flexibility, reduce soreness, and support injury prevention. Perfect post-run or as a standalone practice to keep your body balanced and strong. This class is designed as a deep stretch so don't worry if you need to modify poses or make it easier for you, as I always say - it is your practice so listen to your body. If you have blocks, feel free to use them throughout. Enjoy! x
