If you've been looking for a full body program to shape up for summer - this is your program! High volume, higher rep counts (for hypertrophy & building muscle) this program is designed for those who want to focus on their aesthetics. This is the 2.0 version to the 6 week bodybuilding program already on my app, so if you've completed & loved that program, you'll love this one too! The goal for this program is PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD! We want to do similar workouts and repeat machines/exercises each week but try to either get 1 rep more than you got the previous week OR a little heavier than the previous week. There will be 1 cardio day included in this program, but if you choose not to do that and would rather add the 5th day of lifting, there will be options for both!
