Challenge yourself to complete 31 days of mobility routines. Each routine lasts 8-10 minutes and fits into any regular training schedule. At the end of the Challenge, 4 GRAND PRIZE WINNERS and 4 RUNNERS-UP will be gifted with prize packages! All participants are automatically entered to win one of the 8 prizes. Winners are drawn from the lottery upon completion of the challenge on March 31st. Winners will be announced and contacted directly by April 2, 2025.
