Introduction
Ideally, I want you to take Beginner Bums strength training sessions 3x a week to see results.
Here’s your split:
Monday: Beginner Bum Session
Tuesday: Walk/Stairs/Bike (Cardio) and my live barre/yoga class
Wednesday: Beginner Bum Session
Thursday: Wall/Stairs/Bike (Cardio) and one of my on demand classes
Friday: Beginner Bum Session
Weekend: Any activity! Cleaning, walking, etc
