This 4-week program is designed to refresh both body and spirit in just under 15 minutes a day. Every Monday through Friday, you’ll follow a guided stretching routine that helps improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery while also giving you a chance to pause and reflect on God’s Word. While the movement sequences will eventually repeat, the daily devotionals are always new, offering fresh encouragement and scripture each day.
Faith & Flexibility is more than stretching, it’s a daily challenge and commitment to care for your body as God’s temple, honoring Him through proper rest, recovery, and intentional time in His presence.
