Fit Flow Daily is the exact program I’m following right now. It combines everything I love most about movement - strength, conditioning, mobility, flow, and yoga - all in one place. 💪🏼🧘🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️ This program isn’t about chasing aesthetics or training for a six-pack. It’s about feeling strong, confident, and capable in your body. It’s about longevity, mobility, and play. Training in a way that’s attainable, sustainable, and fun - and then taking that strength and freedom into your life outside the gym. Here’s what’s inside the program: 🌀3 kettlebell strength workouts each week - quick, effective, all around 30 minutes long 🌀1 weekly follow along mobility flow to use as a warm up before each workout or as a daily practice. This is optional, but highly recommended to help you move better, feel better, and stay injury-free 🌀1 weekly live yoga class every Thursday @ 4:00pm PST. This will be shared to the app afterwards if you cannot make it live. 🌀1 weekly bodyweight conditioning + core workout My goal is simple: to spend less time in the gym and more time living - outside, traveling, playing, and using my body for the things it was meant to do.
