Mon- Glutes & Hammies
Tues- Back & Bi’s (pull day)
Wed-Full body
Thurs-Active Rest
Fri-Glutes & Hammies
Sat-Full Body
Sun-Rest Day
*Main focus on Glutes & Back! But on the full body days, we will incorporate the other muscles groups- quads, shoulders, chest, abs, etc. And we will also be doing more HIIT/athletic style on the full body days!*
