But on the full body days, we will incorporate the other muscles groups- quads, shoulders, chest, abs, etc. And we will also be doing more HIIT/athletic style on the full body days!* You will also get 3 fun, healthy recipes to try each week & I challenge you to incorporate each on into your week at least once! :)
