The Perfect Workout that can be done all year round! A Full Body Balance Workout Program designed to keep you active Five days a week. No workout is the same. Twice a week, you will work on building muscle through strength training; one day a week, you will focus on Core; once a week, you Play, choose a sport (Mine is Basketball), go outside or to your favourite court to play as a warm-up, and then work on your athletic performance with an Agility Workout. Lastly, one day a week, you focus on mobility and static stretching with Yoga Therapy! As a result, you tackle every necessary muscle group and exercise practice, whether mindful movement, High-Intensity Interval Training, Strength Training or Body Weight! Each workout can be done at home! With little equipment. Most workouts last around 30 minutes unless we are outside playing a sport! This workout is perfect for those who need variety and fun in their workout regime, who quickly get bored, and who require a change in pace! To see the most benefit from this Regime, you are to do these 5 Daily Workouts for a minimum of 4 weeks up to 8 weeks!
