Volume 2 was designed with you in mind. It has all the same flare as Volume 1 of the JorryFitt lineup, but now you can do it anywhere. Don't let the minimal equipment fool you; Volume 2 is as intense and result-driven as any JorryFitt workout. Try it at home, gym, or abroad. What To Expect: - 4 weeks of programming - 6 days per week of intense training, focused on building body and mind - Equipment: dumbbells and steps or boxes (you can use a chair or table if needed). Volume 2 will take you out of your comfort zone while being very doable for any level.
