I built the New Year Transformation Challenge to give you a clear, structured plan to start 2026 strong. Over 9 weeks, we’ll train with intention using the same approach I use with the actors, artists, and athletes I coach. Strength, mobility, and cardio all work together here—no random workouts, no guesswork, just a step-by-step plan that delivers real progress when you show up with consistency.
This challenge is for anyone who wants to build a routine they can stick with. Maybe you’re getting back into training, maybe you’re already moving and want to level up—either way, you’ll have guidance every step of the way.
