Welcome to BALANCE! This 12 week program truly is the perfect mix of my favorite forms of exercise, strength training and low-moderate intensity steady state cardio! This balance of strength and cardio is what led to me being able to easily maintain my physique; not to mention the training split and style is so sustainable and can fit into just about anyone’s schedule! The training in this program is designed to help maintain lean muscle mass while dropping body fat when paired with a proper diet! This program is gym-based but can definitely be modified to be done at home with dumbbells and resistance bands if needed; simply do the exact same movements but using the equipment you have access to. The training split involves 3 strength focused days, 3 cardio focused days, and 1 rest day per week! The Training Split⤵️ Monday: lower body lift (glute/ham focused) Tuesday: zone 2 cardio Wednesday: upper body lift Thursday: zone 2 cardio Friday: lower body lift (glute/quad focused) Saturday: long outdoor walk Sunday: rest day ENJOY :)
