This is my exact daily training routine. New training days are uploaded every week and will continue until the full 8-week block is completed.
The program is broken into 4 training days, but you can easily combine days if you only have 2 or 3 days each week to strength train.
We focus on fundamental strength, movement, and progressive overload—with an emphasis on time under tension.
Every two weeks, the reps decrease, the weight increases, and the challenge builds—so your muscles are continually adapting and getting stronger.
But this isn't just a workout program.
Inside the app, you'll be part of a community of women working toward similar goals. Share your wins, ask questions, and stay accountable along the way.
