1 lb lean ground beef (90/10) 1 lb lean ground turkey (98/2) Meat Seasoning (Salt , pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian Seasoning) ¼ cup Shredded Carrots ½ cup Finely chopped Mushrooms ½ cup Shredded Onion 2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley ½ cup low sugar Ketchup 2 Tbsp Worcestershire 1 whole egg beaten ½ cup breadcrumbs 6 cloves minced Garlic Sugar Free BBQ Sauce 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 cups raw green beans Packet brown gravy mix In a large bowl gently combine your beef and turkey with the meat seasoning. Set this aside for a moment. Grab a separate bowl and combine the carrots, mushrooms, onion, parsley, ketchup, Worcestershire, egg, breadcrumbs and garlic. Stir this all together and then add it to your meat mixture. Stir as little as possible until combined and then press your mixture into a parchment lined loaf pan. Brush a light coating of Sugar Free BBQ sauce on top, cover with some tin foil and then into the oven for about 40 min. Now remove the foil and back into the oven for 30 more minutes (Internal temp of 165’F) Now in a pan on med heat add Oil, green beans, salt, pepper and a touch of water. Cover and let these cook for a few minutes until desired doneness. Gravy is easy!
