The Fresh Start Program is your chance to kick off the New Year with confidence knowing that you have all of the tools you need to reach your goals. We have designed a program that is realistic, effective and customizable to fit any level of fitness. This program designates 4 training days per week with a goal of building strength and conditioning. There will be 2 days of strength, 1 day of bodyweight cardio, and 1 day of high intensity dumbbell work. This format has proven to have enough stimulus and balance to see great results over a 6-week period. Another benefit of this challenge is that you have the flexibility to add cardio, strength, and active rest on the remaining 3 days. A full training guide will be included to give you guidance on how to incorporate optional days of movement. So whether you want to focus on building strength, endurance, or losing body fat, you're able to tailor each week to your specific goals. By the end of this program, we want you to be more knowledgeable and confident knowing you have the foundation to building a better version of YOU!
