Simple Beef and Pasta

Easy pasta Dinner or Meal Prep🤌 Meat Sauce: 1 tsp oil 3- 4 cloves minced Garlic 1/4 cup diced onion Once onions and garlic is fragrant add 1 lb of 90/10 Beef. Season with: 3 finger pinch of salt and pepper 1 tsp Onion and Garlic powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning Once beef is nicely browned add: 1 - 12 oz can of fire roasted tomatoes 1/4 cup tomato paste 1/2 cup veggie or chicken stock (can use more of needed) Add 1 cup small cut broccoli florets, cover and let simmer for 15 - 20 min. Serve over pasta of choice (I used rigatoni) and finish with a nice sprinkle of parmesan cheese and you know we need Basil!
