This program is for beginners it starts with banded pull-ups and banded dips and builds you up to bodyweight pull-ups, bodyweight dips, bodyweight single bar dips, banded Russian dips and Russian push-ups. Building you a solid foundation to start working on your intermediate strength and explosive strength
This program is still appropriate for you if you can do a few bodyweight chin-ups and dips as the intermediate program requires you to do explosive exercises like clap pull-ups
If you are not ready for weighted Dips and clap Pull-ups and have the goal of doing a muscle-up this program is for you! This program will build you the foundation to move to weighted dips and clap pull-ups and beyond towards the muscle-up.
