Protein Oats (PROATS!)

PROATS! Aka: protein oats!!! My staple breakfast. Why? Because it is the perfect balance of protein, fat, and carbs that keeps me fueled & energized for a workout & ready to conquer the day! I used Gainful Protein but any protein you like will work!
Ingredients:
-½ cup rolled oats
-½ cup water
-½ mashed banana
-1 scoop of vanilla protein (or any flavor!)
-berries of choice
-1 tbsp almond butter
-drizzle of honey
-cinnamon
Instructions:
-In a bowl, add the oats, water, and mashed banana then microwave for 1:30 minutes.
-Take out, mix the protein in, add a splash of water or almond milk and stir until mixed thoroughly
-add whatever toppings you like! I do mixed berries (frozen usually), almond butter, honey & cinnamon!
