Who doesn’t love a quick 10 minute core workout?! Let’s do it! This workout is pretty simple and to the point - it’s a tabata so you will complete 20 seconds of that movement followed by 10 seconds rest then repeat for 4 more rounds. Once you have completed 5 rounds of that movement, 2 minutes and 30 seconds worth, you’ll move immediately to the next movement after 10 seconds of rest and repeat with the 3 remaining movements! Bada bing bada boom! Do this before your workout or after OR just do this on its own when you are short on time but want to get a good burn in the abs!
