Fitness is my background. Being a mentor by instilling that can-do will-do attitude within all women whose lives come in contact with mine. It's a mindset that you have to build  this unstoppable force within yourself to keep smashing your goals.  Even when you have to get up one more time and go just a bit further. You can be the leader of your life. You can take control of your own attitude and boss your own actions.   The purpose of this course is to create a strong resolve, a fortified grit and something so intentional you develop new discipline and a new you.  You can be an asset to your family, friends and co-workers and not a liability.  Welcome to the next 6 weeks with me as we begin the fitness journey: 6 WEEKS to a BADDIE.  Drink a minimum of a gallon of water a day to stay hydrated and eat clean and healthy meals.
