Day 2 - Playing Off The Catch
I know most of you enjoy pounding the rock (I do too!) but the majority of the game is played off the catch! When the ball is brought up the floor it’s typically on the bounce. Once that ball is entered we are now playing “off the catch” - Today, we look at ways to becoming more efficient off the catch! In this workout we focus on: • Split catches • Floaters • Pull ups
