This 10 WEEK progressive overload program is my most demanding yet. Inspired by the fierce queens and Japanese anime that continuously empower me, ULTRA EGO is specifically designed for the safe and effective progression of movements and exercises for Intermediate/Advanced lifters ONLY. Programming is designed for a safe/effective 5-Day Split. Once program is complete, adjust and/or repeat as you’d like. NOTE: Due to the gradual intensity of this program, I recommend increasing your caloric intake to meet the demands of each workout. Percentages (%) listed on an exercise indicate the amount of weight you should be doing compared to your 1-Rep Max (1RM) for the exercise. If your 1RM is 200, 50% of that would be 100.
